Deposits are charged at the time of booking. The deposit will come off of your total service cost during your appointment.

We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 in the studio unless they are receiving a service.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so from your confirmation email, text, or client account with at least 24 hours notice.

We do not perform more than 3-4 piercings per appointment. If you are healing any existing piercings, please let us know.

We do not offer bilateral cartilage piercings (one on each ear). We stick to one ear at a time for optimal healing. If you have any cartilage piercings currently healing, we will want to work on that same ear only.

For clients over the age of 18, we require a valid government issued photo ID such as driver’s license or passport.
