The Shop Both Nick and Bonnie each have 8 years of experience and are extremely knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology. They have also taken specialized classes in maxofacial anatomy. Additionally, they both hold OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Certification, and are Red Cross first aid and CPR certified. We uphold the highest industry standard in cleanliness and sterilization. All jewelry is autoclaved prior to insertion in a fresh piercing. Needles are one time use only and disposed of in a medical sharps container. All tools are cleaned by using a three step process ending in autoclave sterilization. We are the only shop in Rochester which spore tests its autoclave monthly through an independent laboratory to ensure it is functioning properly.
